Acceptance of terms

By using PragmaTrip AI, messaging the assistant, opening a trip page, or using related links, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

No warranty

PragmaTrip AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that recommendations, prices, availability, routes, schedules, descriptions, or third-party links will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PragmaTrip AI is not liable for losses, damages, missed bookings, price changes, cancellation issues, provider errors, travel disruptions, or decisions made based on travel information shown by the service.

Intellectual property

The PragmaTrip AI name, interface, generated page layouts, text, software, and related materials are owned by PragmaTrip AI or its licensors, except for third-party content, provider data, and user-provided information.

Prohibited usage

  • Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale, interfere with security, or use PragmaTrip AI for illegal activity.
  • Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful.
  • Do not rely on the service for emergency, immigration, legal, medical, or financial decisions.

Trip pages and messages may include links to third-party booking providers, maps, airlines, hotels, activity marketplaces, affiliate partners, or other external services. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.
